Let’s face it, there are a 100 ways to “boost your immunity” with enhanced medication and medical techniques these days; something that was unheard of say 100 to 150 years ago. meditation window and a few minutes to journal your day’s experience. Doing so
will increase accountability and will provide you with a specific set of
instructions to follow to make the most out of your day.
2. Sleep Like a Log – It goes without saying that
in order to restore immunity you need to let your body clean it and get enough
rest to repair all the damage. Sleeping timely is one the best ways to help
your body self-cleanse and this will work to increase your immunity.
3. Drop Any Bad Habit – Habits such as smoking and
drinking might grant you immediate satisfaction but will leave you worse than
it found you. It is in your best interest to slowly fade these habits out of
your life if you can’t seem to drop it cold turkey. If you choose the former
make sure to be aware of your habits and see to it that it doesn’t rebound.
